By accessing or using Tools Flash, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Some tools on Tools Flash allow users to select or upload files such as documents, images, or other digital content in order to perform processing tasks.

Where applicable, file processing is performed locally within the user's browser using client-side technologies. Tools Flash does not claim ownership of user files and does not intentionally store uploaded files unless explicitly stated within a specific tool.

Users remain solely responsible for the content they process through the Platform and must ensure that they have the legal right to use such files. Do not upload files containing sensitive personal data, confidential information, or content that violates any applicable law or third-party rights.

If the Platform offers accounts, registration, or user profiles, you are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information you provide and for protecting the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify Tools Flash promptly of any suspected unauthorized use of your account.

Tools Flash may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a risk to the Platform, other users, or third parties.

The Platform, including its tools, designs, interfaces, branding, text, graphics, software, and other content (collectively, "Tools Flash Content"), is owned by Tools Flash or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted in writing by Tools Flash, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Platform or Tools Flash Content. You may not use the Platform's branding, logos, or trademarks without prior written permission.

Tools Flash does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform and shall not be held responsible for any losses or damages resulting from temporary service interruptions, scheduled maintenance, or factors beyond its reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tools Flash will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Tools Flash does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

Tools Flash may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if you violate these Terms, if your use creates risk or legal exposure for Tools Flash or other users, or if required to do so by applicable law. Termination may occur with or without prior notice, depending on the circumstances.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, and protected when you use Tools Flash.

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Tools Flash operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Your access to and use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Tools Flash may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to the Platform, legal requirements, or business practices. When we update these Terms, we will revise the "Last Updated" date shown on this page.
