Free & unlimited
Every tool, as much as you want, no account — for personal and business use alike.
Your content is yours
We claim zero rights over anything you process. It never even reaches us.
Estimates, not advice
Calculator results are educational. Verify big decisions with a qualified professional.
Be reasonable
Use the tools lawfully and don't attack or abuse the platform. That's it.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ToolsFlash.com ("ToolsFlash", "we", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Using any tool constitutes acceptance — there is no account to create, so these terms are the whole agreement.
2. The Service
ToolsFlash provides free, browser-based utilities: finance and health calculators, PDF tools, image tools, text utilities, developer tools and everyday utilities. All file and data processing happens locally on your device — we do not receive, store or back up your files, and we cannot recover anything you close or delete.
You are welcome to use ToolsFlash for both personal and commercial purposes, without limits on usage volume.
3. Acceptable Use
We keep the rules short and reasonable. You agree not to:
use the site for unlawful purposes or to process content you have no right to process;
attempt to disrupt, overload or attack the site or its infrastructure;
scrape the site abusively or republish our pages wholesale as your own;
misrepresent ToolsFlash outputs as certified professional documents where certification is required.
Everything else — normal, honest use — is exactly what the platform is for.
4. No Professional Advice
Important: results from our calculators — financial (EMI, mortgage, compound interest, tips), health (BMI, calories) and all others — are estimates for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, tax, legal, medical or other professional advice.
Actual loan terms depend on your lender; actual health targets depend on your body and history. Always verify important decisions with a qualified professional. We publish the exact formulas on each tool page so you and your advisor can check our work.
5. "As Is" — No Warranty
ToolsFlash is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We work hard on correctness (every tool documents its method), but you use the tools at your own risk and are responsible for verifying results and keeping backups of your files.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolsFlash and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site — including data loss, financial decisions made from calculator estimates, or business interruption. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us to use the service, which is zero.
7. Intellectual Property
The ToolsFlash name, logo, tagline, design and original page content are our property and may not be copied wholesale. Files and content you process with our tools remain entirely yours — we claim no rights whatsoever over your content, and (by architecture) we never even receive it.
8. Third-Party Links & Ads
The site may display advertising and contain links to third-party websites (including our social media profiles). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties. Advertising relationships never give any third party access to the content you process with our tools.
9. Changes to the Service or Terms
We ship improvements constantly and may modify, add or retire tools at any time. We may also update these terms; changes take effect when posted here with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If a change ever meaningfully reduces your rights, we'll say so plainly at the top of this page.
